All hotel staff are very kind and helpful!! They answered my any question politely. The room was clean and impressed me favorably. And there was a bathtub although a single room. And the courtyard is charming. I spend a happy breakfast time, because I could see the courtyard during eating.

We were able to leave the westbahnhof, get on the metro to Stephenplatz and walk to the hotel. The hotel is centrally located just a block from the central shopping district, several blocks from the Opera House and maybe ten minutes walk from Hofburg Palace.

Mailbergerhof has so much character...it was charming, realtively small and definitely had the feel of a boutique hotel. Mailbergerhof has so much character...it was charming, realtively small and definitely had the feel of a boutique hotel. As I walked onto AnneGasse, I could turn left and be at the OPera House, I could turn right and be in the best shopping area on the way to St Stephen's Catherdral and if I went straight, I was at the Hof Complex. The room was relatively small, but looked out onto a very quiet courtyard. I just opened the windows and let the breeze be my air conditioning.
